WHAT IS "ALIGN YOGA"?
Sometimes alignment can be confused with rigidity and only one way of doing/thinking. I have come to realize that true alignment happens when we let go of self-limiting conditioning, fear, anxiety, expectation and drop into the dance of life. That's when we start to live as we were meant to - in the wholeness of our unique being as an expression of the Universal.
We are each unique beings, and yet all expressions of one Divine Light. So, for me, Align Yoga is about staying open, and listening with my Whole Being, to allow me to harmonize with the Universal Pulsation/Divine Light as only I can.
